Roma legend Ciccio Graziani believes that Vincenzo Montella isn't experienced enough to coach the club.
The 36-year-old has been promoted from his job working with Roma's Under-14s and replaces Claudio Ranieri.
Speaking to Radio Mana Mana, Graziani said: "Montella perhaps doesn't have the necessary experience to manage a group like this one.
"In my opinion we need a tough Coach, someone who has a bit of weight within the group.

"With an absent owner, without a point of reference, the players were thinking about their personal interests and not about the good of the team.
"For a few weeks the situation returned to normal, but a few negative results were enough to put everything back in discussion."
