Monchi insists there will be no incomings at Roma in January, explaining Patrik Schick and Emerson Palmieri will be like new signings.
The appointment of Monchi over the summer suggested Roma were in for several busy transfer windows, but the former Sevilla man asserted the Giallorossi had enough players on their books, with Schick and Emerson close to making comebacks.
“Our January signings will be Schick, Emerson and the other players that haven’t lived up to expectations on the pitch yet,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
