Arkadiusz Milik is proving to be Juventus’ best signing of the summer so far, immediately settling in Turin and being one of the few bright spots in the squad.

The 28-year-old Polish forward has started life in the Piedmont capital well, scoring two goals in four Serie A appearances and netting once in the Bianconeri’s uninspiring Champions League start. Milik has shown both his qualities on the pitch and his professionalism, instantly slotting in well in Massimiliano Allegri’s squad.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Milik’s move to Juventus is looking like a bargain more and more every game. The Pole joined the club on an €800,000 loan deal, with an extra €800,000 in add-ons and €100,000 in commissions. Should the Old Lady wish to make his stay permanent, they’d have to pay €7m plus €2m in further add-ons, making the total deal around €10.7m.

As soon as Milik was contacted by Federico Cherubini, he immediately put aside all offers from German clubs, only wanting to make the move to Turin. His strong start has shown that both parties made a good decision and if things continue then it’s hard to imagine them not activating his buy option.

  1. A bargain but under Flinstone Max, the momentum will soon go away. I would be more worried about Dusan. A man that used to get a goal a game is now getting a goal in every 20 under Hiroshima Max.

  2. This is how Vlahovic started and then Lord Hexagon got under his skin.

Time will heal Milik and he will learn the ways of coma calcio

  3. Milik is the only positive thing for us this season.

I hope the break and the suspension don’t affect him.
