Reports in Spain suggest Milan will move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas in the January transfer window.

The Rossoneri were linked with the former Barcelona and Arsenal man in the summer, but he ultimately opted to remain at Stamford Bridge.

However, he has struggled to break into the team under Maurizio Sarri and hasn’t made a single Premier League appearance so far.

With his contract expiring at the end of the season, Mundo Deportivo reports that the 31-year-old will not renew.

That could therefore see him become available for a much lower fee in January, and Milan are keen to bring him to Italy.

With his passing ability, Fabregas could be the ideal man to create chances for Gonzalo Higuain.
