Milan fans held up a banner encouraging CEO Ivan Gazidis after he announced his throat cancer diagnosis.
The former Arsenal chief used his statement to urge others to get tested and catch cancer early, as he did, which is why his doctors predict a full recovery after treatment.
This evening, representatives of the Curva Sud group of ultras held up a banner outside the Casa Milan club headquarters.
It reads: ‘Ivan don’t give up, the Curva Sud is with you’.
There have been messages of support and well wishes from all over the football world since Gazidis announced his diagnosis.
