Now La Stampa is reporting that a deal is all-but done to sell 80 per cent of the club, with the remaining 20 per cent to be bought-out over the next two to three years.

Now La Stampa is reporting that a deal is all-but done to sell 80 per cent of the club, with the remaining 20 per cent to be bought-out over the next two to three years.

That is in line with previous intimations, but what’s new is that the newspaper has put a date on the official announcement.

On July 7, new Coach Vincenzo Montella will officially be presented, as the team returns to Milanello for pre-season training.

According to La Stampa, that is also the day that the sale of the club to the Chinese consortium will be officially announced.
