Philippe Mexes will reportedly start for Milan in this evening’s Champions League game against Barcelona.

The Frenchman was a doubt after picking up an injury in Friday’s win at Genoa, but reports suggest he’s passed a fitness test.

The former Roma man will be fielded in the middle of a back-four alongside Cristian Zapata. Ignazio Abate will start on the right, while Kevin Constant should see off Mattia De Sciglio for the left-back role.
