Milan haven’t forgotten about Napoli forward Eljif Elmas and they’re reportedly preparing to send in an offer soon.
The Rossoneri are looking for a new attacking midfielder who can play as a number 10 or a trequartista in Stefano Pioli’s squad. They’ve been linked with a number of options in the last few months but they look set to miss out on Renato Sanches to Paris Saint-Germain, and Leeds United are providing stiff competition from Charles De Ketelaere.
As reported by TMW, Milan have quietly been working on a deal for Elmas and they’re expected to submit an offer to Napoli at some point soon.
Back in June, it was reported that the Rossoneri had asked the Campania side for information about the 22-year-old Macedonian forward, so it’s not the biggest surprise that they’ve re-ignited their interest.
Contracted to Napoli until 2025, Elmas scored three goals and provided five assists in 37 Serie A appearances last season under Luciano Spalletti.
Not sure what to make of this. Fake or fantasy. ADL is extremely difficult to negotiate with. Milan or the media are busy blindsiding us with unexpected claims or developments. If they have the money why not sign CDk.
I’m not convinced this is true yet. There are a lot of questions about a transfer like this. How much would we pay for it when we know that it is easier for milan management to pull a tooth out of their mouth, than a euro out of their pockets ! And in the end, I believe a lot of us are thinking would this guy be a real boost to defend Serie A title, and advance to CL!?
I don’t undrestand what is happening at milan. I saw many fans commenting who they should buy with their 250M$ transfer budget and now they can’t get their 2nd choice targets! What is going on there?
Good player, but not someone to replace kessie, italian clubs have been poor this trasnfer window, bar inter, even us=juve not buying both full backs -not selling arthur/ rabiot yet and not even getting a Registra role player

Elmas isn’t worth half of that anyway.
