Ante Rebic is reportedly opening the door to an exit from Milan, as talks intensify with Besiktas.

The Croatia international has been putting the brakes on a move away from San Siro so far this summer and outright rejected a lucrative transfer to the Saudi Pro League.

He wants to remain in football’s elite competitions and it is hoped he has finally found a new destination in Besiktas.

According to Calciomercato.com, the 29-year-old is ready to accept Besiktas, if the two clubs and his agent can all agree on terms.

Rebic has been with the Rossoneri since 2019, when he joined first on loan and then on a permanent basis from Eintracht Frankfurt for €6.7m.

He amassed 123 competitive appearances for Milan, scoring 29 goals and providing 17 assists.

Rebic is one of several players Milan are trying to move on this summer to make way for new signings, including Fode Ballo-Toure, Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers.
