Milan will face Roma in Serie A at the weekend without veterans Gennaro Gattuso and Gianluca Zambrotta.

The World Cup winning duo limped out of the 3-0 win at Bologna yesterday with injuries which will keep them sidelined until the start of 2011.

Midfield warrior Gattuso picked up a right thigh problem which will need between seven and 10 days to get over.

Zambrotta, meanwhile, suffered a knee injury which isn't as serious as first thought but still bad enough to see him sidelined for up to two weeks.
