Milan are reportedly hoping to swap defender Gustavo Gomez with Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, a loan exchange until the end of the season could be in the works, which sees Jankto join Milan and Gomez head to Udinese.

The Zebrette are thought to value the Czech midfielder at €25m, but the newspaper notes the Rossoneri are not prepared to pay more than €20m and would prefer to pay 10m plus the Paraguayan, who they value at €8m.

Jankto has been linked with Milan since last summer, while Gomez has played just 10 minutes of football this season and was recently the subject of interest from Boca Juniors.
