The Rossoneri could be returning to European competition next season as they are in the Coppa Italia final with Juventus and currently occupy sixth place in Serie A.

The newspaper writes that the club’s finances are currently not in great shape and so they have begun to negotiate with UEFA to ease any possible sanctions.
Barbara Berlusconi reportedly flew to the governing body’s headquarters in Nyon yesterday to present and explain in detail a three-year financial sustainability plan developed by the Rossoneri directors.
The report says that Milan asked for a voluntary agreement through which the club can agree a repayment plan within the parameters of Financial Fair Play.
However, Gazzetta warns that this means the club are essentially betting on themselves, as if the parameters of the three-year plan aren’t respected, they will end up on trial with no room for negotiation.
The two parties will reportedly be updated in about a month’s time and UEFA should make a declaration in May.
