Tuttosport claim Hakan Calhanoglu could leave Milan in January for a transfer to RB Leipzig or Eintracht Frankfurt, making way for Lucas Paqueta.

The Rossoneri have already signed Paqueta from Flamengo, paying €35m plus bonuses for the trequartista.

With the change of tactics away from the 4-3-3 system, Calhanoglu is increasingly pushed out of the line-up by Coach Gennaro Gattuso.

According to Tuttosport, it’s entirely possible there could be a January exit for the Turkey international, heading back to Germany for RB Leipzig or Eintracht Frankfurt.

Calhanoglu was born and raised in Germany, leaving Bayer Leverkusen for Milan in the summer of 2017 for €21m.
