Milan continued the war of words with “arrogant” Juventus over the “farcical” Carlos Tevez replay controversy.

The incident occurred in the opening minutes of Juve’s 3-1 win last night, as different replays from alternate perspectives made Tevez seem either behind the last defender or offside.

The Rossoneri protested and accused television companies of siding with the Bianconeri, who replied that Milan were just “trying to mask” the result with “farcical” controversy.

Now the San Siro side have released a new counter-statement on their official website.

“Arrogance is something that belongs to Juventus and they cannot get away from. Any response is superfluous to anyone like this.

“It is nonetheless good that they too share this opportunity to discuss and reform the issues that emerged during the graphic elaborations of last night’s Juventus-Milan incident.”

Sky Sport Italia and Mediaset Premium have also pointed out they were not manipulated by the footage from the Juventus Stadium.
