“Tevez? Now is not the time to be thinking about the transfer market,” Vice-President Adriano Galliani told Sky Sport 24. “We’ll start to do that in June.”

The focus at Milan right now – and understandably so – is on tonight’s Champions League first leg tie against Arsenal.

“What counts is winning this evening,” continued the former Lega Calcio chief. “That is really important as we haven’t got past the last 16 stage for four years now.

“We want to go as far as possible in the competition.”
