PSG are furious at Chelsea for reportedly ruining the Hakim Ziyech loan move with the wrong paperwork, but Milan and Roma now have to hope that a deal is not clinched with Besiktas before the summer.

Ziyech has long been linked with a move to Serie A, with Milan and Roma eager to take him on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

They were never able to agree terms and instead Paris Saint-Germain appeared to swoop in the final 48 hours of the January window on a dry loan for six months.

However, the move collapsed when PSG blamed Chelsea for sending the wrong paperwork three times, therefore forcing them to miss the transfer deadline.

According to The Telegraph newspaper, the Ligue 1 giants are so angry that they have promised never to do business with Chelsea again in future.

That would mean removing one strong contender should Milan and Roma want to try again for Ziyech over the summer.

However, Turkish site Fanatik claims that Chelsea have offered the Morocco international to Besiktas, whose transfer window is still open.
