The terrible campaign that the Rossoneri are experiencing under Superpippo leads several sources to believe that he will be replaced next year, with speculation that he may be sacked as early as next Saturday should the Cagliari game not go well.

While earlier reports today pointed to Empoli's Maurizio Sarri as a realistic candidate – the paths to Azzurri Coach Antonio Conte and Fiorentina's Vincenzo Montella being more complicated – Gianluca Di Marzio now reports that the Blucerchiati head is being considered for the role.

Mihajlovic's contract is due to expire this summer, with an option to renew that the Coach is free to take or dismiss.
