Roma beat Cagliari 3-0 on Saturday afternoon to at least temporarily go into fourth place.

“I don’t trust this idea that Milan are in crisis, because a strong side like Milan will come here to take the initiative,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“I expect the Rossoneri to be fired up and determined, ready to put in the performance of a lifetime. However, it means we’ll need to crank it up even more. It’s going to be like a World Cup Final and the crowd can give us that extra boost.

“We must keep our nerve and do things right, with great vigour in defence and sharp minds when attacking.”

Roma beat Cagliari 3-0 to temporarily go into fourth place, but a win would still allow Toro to leapfrog in front of Milan.

“We’re taking it one day at a time. This is the first of five Finals against Milan, so we just need to concentrate on this game.”

Iago Falque is back in the Torino squad after a long injury lay-off and is not ready for the starting XI, while Simone Zaza and Daniele Baselli are suspended, plus Koffi Djidji out of action.

“Despite having quite a few players out, we’ve dealt with these issues for a while and it’s a sign the squad has grown overall to make up for it.

“The whole team is having a great season and Andrea Belotti is our leader. I expect him to be Il Gallo against Milan. He wasn’t at his best last week at Genoa, but is now in good shape.”
