Blaise Matuidi insists he has “no regrets” about the collapse of his move from Paris Saint-Germain to Juventus.

The French midfielder looked set to join the Bianconeri this summer, but the French club’s chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi blocked it.

It had been reported that the 29-year-old was unhappy with PSG’s actions, but he insists he’s content to remain at Parc Des Princes.

“Yes, I’m very happy,” Matuidi assured Le Parisien.

“I’m very happy and I think that shows on the pitch. I take pleasure, I don’t have any regrets today. It’s all behind me, it belongs in the past.

“I am focused and committed to PSG.”
