The Juventus ace, who was replaced in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Roma, is struggling with a muscle problem in his right leg.

Former Under-21 international Marchisio underwent medical tests in Florence earlier today which illustrated a slight problem.

Although the issue is not thought to be very serious, Italy boss Cesare Prandelli doesn't want to run any risks.
