“We are facing a good team that plays very attacking and entertaining football with excellent individuals,” said Mandorlini in his Press conference.

“The only reason they are not fighting for the top of the table is the injury crisis and perhaps also the greater defensive solidity of Juventus” data-scaytid=”6″>Juventus and Roma.

“We are going on to the field in order to beat them, as we want three points to get us alongside the big clubs. In any case, this is going to be a celebration.”

Romulo has reason to celebrate, as the Brazilian was called up for Cesare Prandelli’s Italy fitness tests, but teammate Toni was left out.

“Romulo’s strength is his versatility and he should be called Italy’s Joker in the Pack, as he can perform in many different roles,” added Mandorlini.

"How did we congratulate him on his call-up? We sang him the Italian national anthem in training!

“Toni? He doesn’t need tests and training sessions. I hope he will be in the definitive World Cup list, as it’d be a shame not to see him go to Brazil.”
