The Coach replaced Walter Mazzarri on Friday and met the team after today’s Press conference.

It had been predicted he would scrap Mazzarri’s 3-5-2 tactics and the first tactical exercises seemed to suggest that will be the case.

Reports say he set Inter out in a 4-3-1-2 line-up with Dodo at left-back.

Palacio was placed as the ‘trequartista’ behind Osvaldo and Icardi.

Much of the squad is away on international duty, so a clearer idea of what team will line up against Milan next Sunday will emerge over the next few days.

Inter: Carrizo; Nagatomo, Vidic, Juan Jesus, Dodó; Obi, M'Vila, Guarin; Palacio; Icardi, Osvaldo
