Inter strikers Romelu Lukaku and Joaquin Correa continued to train apart from the rest of the team this morning on the eve of Inter’s away clash with Barcelona in the Champions League.

The Belgian striker has missed the last month of action due to a muscle injury and won’t recover for tomorrow’s Champions League clash at the Nou Camp.

Joaquin Correa also didn’t join the team for the morning training session and won’t travel to Barcelona. The same is true of Marcelo Brozovic, who could no longer play for his club in 2022 to avoid a relapse ahead of the World Cup.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Inzaghi should confirm the same line-up that beat Barcelona at San Siro last week, except for Robin Gosens, who should get the nod on the left instead of Federico Dimarco.

André Onana will start in goal at Nou Camp on Wednesday night, with Skriniar, De Vrij and Bastoni in defence, Barella, Calhanoglu and Mkhitaryan in the middle of the park.

  1. So he’s not playing their most in form player, Di Marco, for a player who is clearly lacking confidence and form, Gosens?

  2. Di Marco spend most of his time in the opponent’s half and could be a liability for the defence! He could be used as a sub later on in the match
