Ludogorets CEO Angel Petrichev says they’re “delighted” to be facing a club of Milan’s stature in the Europa League.

Today the draw for the Last 32 was made, with the Bulgarian side paired with the Rossoneri.

“We’re delighted to be facing a top club like Milan,” Petrichev told Tuttomercatoweb.

“We’ll try to play a great game. We have enormous respect for them, but Ludogorets is a team with European experience, who have already faced big European teams and acquitted ourselves well.

“We’ll play the match against the Rossoneri in Razgard, not Sofia. If Milan underestimate us they’ll get a nast shock, but I don’t think that will happen.

“They’re one of the favourites to win the whole thing, but we’ll play an open game.”
