French newspaper L’Equipe believe that the Rossoneri are preparing a €15m bid for the 23-year-old defender as they look to strengthen their backline before the end of the transfer window.
The same paper however, claim that the Premier League side are ready to outbid Massimiliano Allegri’s men, and could table an offer of around €16-18m for the France international.
BeInSport meanwhile, have Brendan Rodgers’ team bidding up to €23m.
Sakho has found himself pushed to the sidelines at Les Parisiens following the arrival of Thiago Silva and Marquinhos.
