Milan coach Stefano Pioli has retained the same starting XI from the Coppa Italia semi final first leg draw against Juventus.

The only exception is the absence of Hakan Calhanoglu, who is missing due to a muscle injury.

Paqueta comes in to replace the Turkish international in the trequartista position behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Granata meanwhile are without Armando Izzo, who was sent off in Torino’s 3-1 defeat to Sampdoria in their last game.

Izzo is replaced by Bremer in a back three.

Cristian Ansaldi returns to the side at the expense of Ola Aina at left wing-back.

Simone Edera starts in place of Simone Verdi in one of the two attacking options behind Andrea Belotti.

Edera is making his full debut for the Granata, having previously made four appearances off the bench.
