The Aquile are forced to do without injured Felipe Caicedo, who pulled out just before Thursday’s Europa League victory over Olympique Marseille with a muscular problem.

As is customary, Lazio only announced their full squad availability this morning and there were some surprising names included.

Badelj and Lucas Leiva had been expected to miss out, but are both in the side and the Brazilian could be in the starting XI.

Ciro Immobile has shaken off a knock and could be supported by Luis Alberto, who has been dropped recently due to poor fitness levels and form.

Sassuolo are without Jeremie Boga and Mehdi Bourabia, but Khouma Babacar returns for a spot on the bench.

Kevin-Prince Boateng should complete the trident with Domenico Berardi and Federico Di Francesco.

Probable line-ups

Sassuolo: Consigli; Marlon, Magnani, Ferrari; Lirola, Duncan, Magnanelli, Rogerio; Berardi, Boateng, Di Francesco

Lazio: Strakosha; Luiz Felipe, Acerbi, Radu; Patric, Parolo, Leiva, Milinkovic-Savic, Lulic; Luis Alberto; Immobile
