The Sweden international seems set for a spell out after picking up an injury in training and could miss the first four games after the resumption, aiming to be back against Lazio in early July.

The first big test comes against Juventus on Friday, with the teams tied at 1-1 after the first leg at San Siro, and the Corriere della Sera points out that Leao could get the nod from the off.

Leao, who arrived from Lille last summer, should get the chance to impress in the veteran’s absence and add to his two goals in the Rossoneri shirt so far.
