Rafael Leao’s social media comment seems to suggest that Renato Sanches’ move to Milan is almost complete.
The Rossoneri are big fans of the 24-year-old Portuguese midfielder and believe he’d be the perfect addition to Stefano Pioli’s squad this summer. The club have been in talks with Lille for a number of weeks now and a deal seems all but certain now.
Leao dropped a hint on Instagram suggesting that Sanches’ move to Milan is on the horizon now. He commented the Rossoneri hearts on a week-old post on his compatriot’s Instagram page today, something which has driven many fans crazy. Many believe that the deal is now in the final stages as a result of this.
The 24-year-old Sanches made 25 Ligue 1 appearances last season for Lille, for a total of 1655 minutes. In that time, he scored two goals and provided five assists, continuing to prove his quality and tactical flexibility.
