According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan are preparing an offer for Club Brugge starlet Noa Lang who prefers the Rossoneri over Arsenal and Liverpool.

The 22-year-old has eight goals and 13 assists in 40 appearances across all competitions this season and has been identified as one of Milan’s primary targets for 2022-23. A versatile winger or attacking midfielder, Lang can play in every position behind a classic centre forward and the Rossoneri have been monitoring him for a long time.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara already met the player’s entourage a few times at Casa Milan over the last few months and Lang is tempted to join the Rossoneri despite interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.

According to the report, Lang is attracted by Milan’s project and has already been convinced by a move to San Siro although no economic agreement between him and the Rossoneri has been reached yet. He is fascinated by the opportunity to work with Pioli and Maldini, one of his idols as a child.

His contract in Belgium runs out in 2025 and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Club Brugge’s asking price is in the region of €25m. The Rossoneri will try to lower their economic demands over the last few weeks as talks between club directors and Lang’s agents are ongoing.

  1. Not sure how the rational behind this potential move as his main position is the one already occupied by Rafa and Rebic.

Majority of matches played this season at LW with 12.

Could see the headline now if he lights up the San Siro…Mi-Lang!

  2. If the guy has a decent left foot can also play in the right. Looks like the options there are Berardi and him…
