Kalidou Koulibaly says Napoli “must not look at the table”, and knew Juventus would be back.

The Partenopei are two points clear at the top of Serie A, but the defending champions are breathing down their necks after winning seven games in a row.

“We knew that Juventus had a great team and they’d be back in the running for the Scudetto,” Koulibaly said on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“It will be an open League, we’ll do everything to stay in there until the end and then we’ll see where we are.

The Vesuviani showed their character against Sassuolo on Saturday, coming from a goal behind to take a 3-1 win over Sassuolo at San Paolo.

“A comeback win is always the most beautiful, it was a great win. [Coach Maurizio] Sarri was upset by the goal we conceded, as always.

“It’s normal that he’s not pleased when we concede goals. We want to win as many games as possible, we’re hungry for victory.”
