The FIGC have issued Moise Kean with a €10,000 fine and a two-game suspension following his sending off in the closing stages of Juve’s 1-0 loss to Roma on Sunday evening.
The Bianconeri forward was shown a red card in the 90th minute for kicking out at Gianluca Mancini following an exchange of grappling and shirt-pulling on the touchline with the Giallorossi defender.
Kean had only been brought on as a substitute around 40 seconds prior to his dismissal at the Stadio Olimpico.
Massimiliano Allegri confirmed that the 23-year-old has apologised to his coaches and teammates for his unnecessary reaction adding that the club will fine him.
Kean’s suspension means he will miss out on Juve’s upcoming Serie A fixtures against Sampdoria and Inter over the coming weeks.
Juventus and Roma were both also recipients of fines following Sunday evening’s encounter. The Old Lady will also have to pay €10,000, whilst Roma have received an €8,000 penalty.
