Alvaro Morata’s wife Alice Campello posted a video with one of their sons wearing a Juventus jersey while Matthijs de Ligt’s latest Instagram post makes the Bianconeri fans hope he will stay.

The Dutch centre-back has reached a verbal agreement with Bayern Munich who saw their opening €60m bid rejected by Juventus earlier this week.

De Ligt has a contract until June 2024 with a €120m release clause. He has refused to sign a new deal at the Allianz Stadium and Juve director Maurizio Arrivabene suggested a few weeks ago that the defender had asked to leave.

However, De Ligt’s latest Instagram post has made Juventus fans hope that he will stay in Turin for one more season.

De Ligt posted a few pictures from Wednesday’s training session adding black and white dots and receiving thousands of comments from fans beginning him to stay.

Juventus already need to sign a new centre-back following Giorgio Chiellini’s exit, but Max Allegri also wants more reinforcements in attack despite the signing of Angel Di Maria.

Sky Sport Italia claims the Old Lady has re-opened talks with Atletico Madrid, hoping to welcome Alvaro Morata back to the club.

The Spaniard spent the last two seasons on loan at Juventus, but the Bianconeri failed to make his move permanent for €35m. They are now trying to lower Atletico Madrid’s asking price. Morata and his wife would be happy to return to Turin as they’ve never hidden that they feel at home under the Mole.

Morata’s wife Alice has recently shared a video where one of the couple’s sons is seen wearing a Juventus jersey while the striker’s partner smiles.

  1. It’s a shame we couldn’t keep Morata. He loves and was giving his all, unlike Kean. What a waste of 35M for Kean. Instead, we could have kept Morata for this money. But the story is over, so let’s move on and get Raspaddori or a similar player to support Dusan

  2. Desperately hope De Ligt stays. He said he’s not happy with the results and finishing fourth. Neither are we! But we’re going to win the league next year. Give us one more year and he’ll be asking for a contract extension!

  3. I honestly wish that we sell De Ligt for a huge fee.

He doesn’t seem committed to the cause and gives away too many pens.

  4. CALMAAA!!!

Atletico might just get fed up and give Frittata back for nothing. That will satisfy PhD Max and the 7/9 CL runner up winners. Genius to get another freebie and then pay high wages. I like their plan. Send him back to Madrid where he will be fifth choice and then a private plane back to Turin where he can show Lukaku how to score 30 goals a season.
