Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is reportedly not fit enough to even be on the bench for tonight’s World Cup semi-final for France against Morocco.

It kicks off in Qatar at 19.00 GMT and the winner will go through to face Argentina in Sunday’s Final.

There had been concerns after a flu bug swept throughout the squad, affecting Rabiot and Dayot Upamecano.

According to L’Equipe, the pair are still not healthy enough to be risked in the starting XI and it hit Rabiot harder than anyone, as he is not even going to the stadium, left behind in the hotel to rest.

There are still going to be two Serie A stars lining up for Les Bleus, specifically Milan duo Theo Hernandez and Olivier Giroud.

Youssouf Fofana is expected to step in for Rabiot, while Upamecano is replaced by Ibrahima Konate.

Juventus man Rabiot has featured in all five World Cup matches for France so far in the tournament, starting four and coming off the bench for 27 minutes in the 1-0 group phase defeat to Tunisia.

France (probable): Lloris; Koundé, Varane, Konaté, Theo Hernandez; Tchouaméni, Griezmann, Fofana; Dembélé, Giroud, Mbappé
