Juventus have prepared a counter-offer for Dusan Vlahovic following Arsenal’s recent move for the Fiorentina star.

The Gunners reportedly offered €70m for the 21-year-old Serbian striker recently, desperate to bring the goal scorer to North London, but the player would prefer to stay in Serie A for the time being. In response to Arsenal’s approach, the Bianconeri have prepared a counter-offer.

As reported by Tuttosport, Juventus sporting director Federico Cherubini is prepared to put up a €60m offer for Vlahovic, a significant sum split between a fixed part and add-ons. Whilst it’s a lower offer than Arsenal’s, the player’s will is what makes the difference, as he has turned down a move to England.

The 21-year-old Vlahovic, who is contracted to Fiorentina until 2023, has scored 20 goals in 24 games across all competitions so far this season, being one of the top stars in the Italian top flight. He would reportedly prefer to finish the season with the Viola, but a convincing offer may push him to change his mind.

  1. I hope this is a special request from Allegri. The final puzzle of this team to compete for top 4 Serie A, Coppa trophy and CL semifinal. Meanwhile, Arthur must stay and forget about Arsenal.

  2. lol final piece of the puzzle. He will be starved of any real service as the crux of the issue has always been in the midfield. When you have Bentancur and Rabiot you can forget about priorities. As for Arthur, he has 2 decent games and all of a sudden he is the saviour. Plastic fans need to be consistent as I have heard many people asking for him to be sold. In all honesty Arsenal would be a better mover for him at this time as he might be able to grow at the finishing school.
