Federico Chiesa, Andrea Cambiaso and Dusan Vlahovic were furious after being subbed off in recent Juventus matches, highlighting the players’ irritability in the second part of the season.

Juventus collected just 13 points in the last 13 games and haven’t yet mathematically qualified for a Champions League placement. Massimiliano Allegri is under fire following poor results and performances and the team’s irritability has emerged in recent weeks, especially following the coach’s substitutions.

Juventus’ irritability emerged in April with three furious reactions

Italy star Chiesa raged on the touchline during the Derby della Mole on April 13, complaining that he was always the ‘first player’ to be subbed off by Allegri. Ten days later his teammate Cambiaso seemed unhappy with the coach’s decision to take him off during a Coppa Italia semifinal second leg against Lazio and reportedly told Allegri to ‘calm down’ while going towards the Juventus bench.

Lastly, striker Vlahovic was furious with being subbed off during a 0-0 draw against Milan on Saturday and was spotted kicking bottles on the sidelines.

Multiple sources in Italy claim Juventus will sack Allegri at the end of the season even if the Italian tactician is still in the race for the targets for 2023-24.

The Old Lady’s priority is to return to the Champions League and go as far as possible in the Coppa Italia Final and the Italian tactician is still in the race for all objectives despite a questionable playing style.
