Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has ruled out the possibility of midfielder Paul Pogba returning to Juventus.

Speculation of Pogba leaving United resurfaced during the international break after he confessed Real Madrid were a ‘dream’ for any player, reportedly alerting Juve to his availability.

However, BBC Sport quoted Solskjaer as saying on Monday: “He didn’t talk about himself.

“He said anyone would like to play for Real Madrid. Paul is happy here, he’s playing well.

“He’s going to be a big, big part. You like to build your team round him and that hasn’t changed at all.”

The 26-year-old has scored nine goals since the Norwegian replaced Jose Mourinho at the helm in December.
