Juventus have turned down a request by Milan for Simone Zaza, as they are not interested in loan deals.

The Rossoneri are keen on picking up the Italian striker, who keeps falling lower in the Old Lady's hierarchies now that they have signed Gonzalo Higuain.

Unfortunately their mobility on the market is rather hampered, as the new Chinese ownership have only provided €15m for transfers and will not unlock more funds until September.

As a consequence, they have asked for Zaza on a loan basis rather than as a direct signing. According to the Corriere dello Sport, their request has been turned down, as Juventus are only interested in selling Zaza outright, for at least €24m.

The player enjoys the interest of Wolfsburg, who would be willing to meet that price-tag, but would prefer to remain in Italy if possible.
