Juventus target Sergio Aguero won't rule out joining a club that haven't qualified for the Champions League.

The Argentine has made it clear that he intends to leave Atletico Madrid this summer and Juve, who won't be in Europe at all next term, have shown an interest.

"He would like to play in the Champions League, but that isn't a condition which will influence his choice of club," agent Hernan Reguera told AS.

"We are evaluating various options and Aguero will make a decision based on a variety of factors. His future will be revealed in 15 days."

The Italian club were rumoured to have held more talks with the striker's entourage yesterday, but that meeting seemingly never took place.

"Myself and Rebasa, his other agent, are in Argentina and we haven't met with anyone," Reguera added.

"We haven't been in Italy or anywhere else, we're over here working on Sergio's future."

It is far from certain where the forward will be playing next season given that Juventus may struggle to match Atletico's €45m demands and Real Madrid are said to be close to landing Neymar.

Nevertheless, Reguera dismissed suggestions that the player may have to remain with his present club.

"I don't think there is a possibility that Aguero could change his mind and stay at Atletico as he was very clear. And Atletico haven't contacted us.

"He's very calm and relaxed about everything. He's left it to us while he concentrates on the Copa America."
