Juventus are reportedly on the trail of Sampdoria defender Shkodran Mustafi and have already presented a first offer.

Mustafi came to prominence last season for the Blucerchiati and, after regular playing time, earned a spot in Germany’s World Cup provisional squad, before later coming into the tournament selection to replace the injured Marco Reus.

The 22-year-old’s rise has reportedly caught the attention of a number of clubs this summer, including most prominently Juventus, report the Gazzetta dello Sport today.
