Speculation continues and La Stampa yesterday asserted that the 27-year-old may have even agreed to a bumper €12m-a-season contract with the Red Devils.

The same publication reports today Juve are now ‘losing patience’ with Vidal and whilst they do not intend to sell, they also do not want to be evaluating any offers too late into the transfer window.

It is reported that the club have now issued the player with an ultimatum to determine his future ‘quickly’.

Calciomercato.com also believe that Vidal has this €12m-a-season contract in place and has already decided that he wants to leave.

Subsequently, they say that the ultimatum has in fact been delivered to United, to come forward with an offer of around €50m immediately.
