Juventus are looking to compete with Atletico Madrid for Udinese talent Nahuel Molina.
The 24-year-old Argentinian right back is having a great season in Udine under Gabriele Cioffi, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 28 Serie A appearances this season. He is destined for a move to a big club in the summer, something that the Friulian side are already preparing for.
As reported by TuttoMercatoWeb, one of the top clubs keen on signing Molina is Juventus, looking to provide Massimiliano Allegri with a strong option at right back. It won’t be easy to secure his signature though, considering Atletico Madrid’s interest.
Diego Simeone’s side have scheduled a meeting with Molina’s entourage for next week and they’re hoping to start working towards a deal soon, although it’s still unclear if they’re willing to match Udinese’s €25-30m price tag. Considering that he’s contracted to the Friulian side until 2026, they are unlikely to offer any significant discounts.
