Inter defender Juan Jesus admits his side will probably need a clean sheet to overcome Juventus in the Coppa Italia.

The Nerazzurri trail 3-0 after the first leg of the semi-final in Turin, and take on the Bianconeri in Milan tomorrow night.

“Tomorrow will be a difficult game, but we’ll fight to the end,” Juan Jesus acknowledged, speaking to Inter Channel.

“Just as they scored three in the first leg, that’s what we have to do, even without [Jeison] Murillo and Miranda but we can score the same number.

“I think we have a group which can do great work. The last two games against the Bianconeri haven’t gone well for us, even if on Sunday they didn’t create much.

“I think tomorrow we’ll have to take advantage of every chance we get, we have to do everything to take Inter to the final.

“We’ll have to stay focused and not concede, because if we lose a goal it becomes all the more difficult.

“I’ve already been involved in a game against Tottenham where they won the first leg [3-0] and then we scored 4 at San Siro. Unfortunately we went out because it was 4-1…”

Sporting director Piero Ausilio was hugely critical of the team after the defeat in Turin on Sunday, and the Brazilian is out to prove him wrong.

“I’ve gone through a lot here, it’s nothing new, but the director did what he had to do. We have to prove our worth on the pitch.”
