The coach made some changes from the side that beat Lecce 2-1 in stoppages last week, as Federico Dimarco and Denzel Dumfries step in along with Alessandro Bastoni.
“Dimarco is in a very good period of form, I had doubts between him, Gosens and Darmian, but he deserves it for the performance against Lecce and the way he trained all week.
“We saw in Lecce that those who come off the bench can also make the difference,” Inzaghi told Sky Sport Italia.
“The atmosphere will help fire us up, without doubt. We left San Siro two months ago with the embrace of the fans and we have it back now. They are always passionate, we hope to give them a good game.”
The big news this week is that Inter have taken Skriniar off the market, refusing an increased offer from Paris Saint-Germain for the defender.
