Memphis Depay is getting closer to a Juventus transfer, as the Barcelona striker’s agent is in Italy this evening, attending InterSpezia at San Siro.

The Netherlands international is trying to negotiate a termination with Barcelona so that he can then join Juve as a free agent.

According to the latest reports from Sky Sport Italia, agent Sebastien Ledure – the same man who negotiated with Chelsea to release Romelu Lukaku for a loan return to Inter – is dealing with Depay’s Barcelona exit.

Ledure was spotted in the stands at San Siro this evening to watch Inter take on Spezia.

This is important, as he is already in Italy and specifically Milan, where most of the Italian transfer market negotiations are based.

Sky Sport Italia claim that while Depay is now close to agreeing the termination with Barcelona, he is still some way off working out personal terms with Juventus.

The player is demanding a two-year contract worth circa €6-7m per season including bonuses.

  1. lets see if he can settle down,

any news on the paredes deal – thought it was around 95% completed- 5 days ago?, gone very quiet

  2. PhD Max will be studying his ancient manuscripts to see how and if he can fit Depay into the backline. Rabiot not leaving is genius on his mother’s behalf. If even Utd are not willing to depart with that much in salary, he still pockets the platinum rate at the 7/9 casa.
