Inter are in the Champions League Final against a Manchester City side who have won their fifth Premier League title in six years, as Pep Guardiola celebrated this evening.

The showdown is in Istanbul on June 10 and City were already considered the favourites, but might even be on track for a Treble – unless Inter can spoil the party.

The Premier League won’t be a concern in the build-up to that match, as Manchester City already secured the title without even taking to the pitch.

Arsenal lost to relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest, mathematically making City the Champions for the third year in a row, the fifth in the last six seasons.

They are also in the FA Cup Final against Manchester United, so could in theory win the Treble with the Champions League.

However, Inter will be hoping this all piles even more pressure on to Guardiola’s shoulders, for a club that has never been able to win the Champions League and lost the 2021 Final as favourites against Chelsea.

The Nerazzurri can also make it a Treble, as they are in the Coppa Italia Final against Fiorentina on May 24, hoping to retain the trophy they won last season.

They already won the Supercoppa Italiana by beating Milan 3-0 in January.
