Inter have decided not to risk Milan Skriniar, Federico Dimarco and Joaquin Correa against Lecce, while Romelu Lukaku is expected to be on the bench.

It kicks off at San Siro on Sunday at 17.00 GMT.

There had been concerns around Skriniar and Dimarco, who had muscular issues that already ruled them out of the 1-0 defeat to Bologna.

They were likely to be left on the bench tomorrow, but instead Simone Inzaghi has decided not to call them up at all, so they can continue the process of rest and recovery.

Both aim to be back in action against Spezia and the Champions League Round of 16 trip to FC Porto on March 14.

Tucu Correa is still struggling with his injury and hopes to be on the bench next weekend.

Lautaro Martinez is tipped to have Edin Dzeko as his strike partner rather than Lukaku, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan may well be rested in midfield for the first time in 2023.

Probable line-up

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Gosens; Dzeko, Lautaro Martinez
