Luciano Spalletti could reportedly be sacked after Inter’s next game against Parma this weekend.

According to ANSA, a meeting took place between Spalletti and Inter CEO Beppe Marotta ‘to take stock of the situation’ following the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 defeat to Bologna on Sunday.

Corriere della Sera goes a step further, claiming the Coach ‘should’ be in charge for the trip to Parma and that his position ‘will be weighed up’ after that.

The former Roma boss has presided over three straight defeats, one of which saw the Beneamata exit the Coppa Italia, and still no win this calendar year.

Antonio Conte, who worked under Marotta at Juventus between 2011 and 2014, has been increasingly linked with following the executive to Inter.
