According to today’s Corriere dello Sport, agent Kia Joorabchian and his partner Giuliano Bertolucci are in Brazil to negotiate on the Nerazzurri’s behalf.

The Iranian agent is believed to have agreed a strategy with Beneamata sporting director Piero Ausilio, with the pair in constant contact.

Barcelona are thought to be on bad terms with Santos, so are behind in the race, but Juve are still fighting for Gabigol’s signature.

However, they are cautious about the ownership of the player, with Santos holding 40 per cent, the player and his family owning 40 per cent and Doyen Sports controlling the rest.

While their €20m offer was accepted by Santos, it’s thought there’s disagreement with Doyen about their cut.
