Inter President Steven Zhang has arrived in Milan and met with the squad before having dinner with his coach Simone Inzaghi and top directors.
The patron representing owners Suning flew in from China after several months away from the Peninsula.
Sky Sport Italia reported he took a tour of the Appiano Gentile training ground and met with new coach Inzaghi as well as the players.
He then had dinner with Inzaghi and ‘top management’ Beppe Marotta, Stefano Antonelli, Piero Ausilio and Dario Baccin at the Club House.
It is reported Zhang arrived to coincide with the upcoming Supercoppa Italiana match between Inter and Juventus at San Siro, to be played on January 12.
He will also help oversee and plan the transfer strategy for the January window.
Inter are currently top of the Serie A table and were named Winter Champions as the leaders at the midway stage in the 2021-22 season.

@The soup nazi, I’ve couldn’t said it better, or Godfather-II
I wonder why Steven Zhang didn’t venture into Milano proper for a nice meal? Worried about the reception he would receive, perhaps?
Mind your own teams jealous people

You better talk about your own teams
You start loosing and can’t handle it
